RVA Cheer Warriors is committed to empowering youth - especially those from marginalized and low-income communities - through competitive cheerleading, academic support, and life skills development. Our mission is to coach each athlete with excellence, prepare them for higher education, and equip them with the tools to make positive decisions that will allow them to thrive in adulthood and contribute meaningfully to the communities.

We believe that through holistic development of the mind and body, our athletes will grow into confident, capable leaders who inspire change both on and off the mat.

The purpose of RVA Cheer Warriors is to create a safe, supportive environment where youth can explore their talents, build lasting relationships and discover their full potential. Through cheerleading, mentorship, and exposure to college life, we instill the values of teamwork, resilience, excellence, and self-expression - ensuring our athletes are equipped to pursue higher education and lead with purpose in their communities.
